Technical Regulation of the Customs Union “On the safety of toys” (TR CU 008/2011)
In accordance with the TR CU 008/2011 the following products apply for the certification:
- Decorations for Christmas trees, artificial trees and fairy lights;
- Model of non-collection for children in the age up to 14 years;
- Playground equipment for children;
- Sports equipment, including submarine
- Folk dolls and decorative, not intended for children up to age 14 years
- Thurs automatic devices
- Game “Brain head” containing more than 500 details
- Jewelery for children etc.
The Technical Regulations of the Customs Union establish the requirements for toys in order to protect the lives and health of children and persons looking after them, as well as preventing actions that deceive the purchasers (consumers) of toys regarding their purpose and safety.
